Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative. Every job is quoted individually after a free, no-obligation consultation, and the quote you receive is the price that applies. Prices cover labour and setup only — hardware is quoted separately.
Bookings and deposits
A 50% deposit books your work in, with the balance due on completion. Paying the deposit online is optional and takes 25% off the deposit amount (not the whole job). Online deposits are processed securely by Square. Any advertised discount, such as the founding client offer, applies to the package price before the deposit is calculated and ends on its stated date.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Let us know at least 2 hours before your appointment and we'll move it or cancel it, with your deposit returned in full. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the deposit.
Travel
Homes within about 30km of our Ormeau base are free to reach. Beyond that, a flat $20 travel fee applies, added to your quote.
Electrical work
Northline Smart Living does not carry out electrical work. We don't touch your home's wiring or switchboard, and anything that requires a licensed electrician will be flagged at your consultation.

We install carefully, test everything before we leave, and support you afterwards. If something we've set up isn't working as it should, get in touch and we'll make it right.
