Three fixed tiers cover most homes: the Starter Setup is $250–$350, the Full Smart Home is $600–$1,200, and the Security-Hardened package is $800–$1,500. Prefer to choose your own parts? The build-your-own option starts at a $180 base setup fee, with add-ons like smart lighting from $90 a zone, security cameras from $80, and smart locks from $150. All prices are indicative — final quotes follow a free consultation.
Yes. Consultations are free and no-obligation — about 45 minutes at your home. We walk your space, talk through what you'd like it to do, and you'll have a clear quote to consider afterwards. Tell us a bit about your space and we'll get back to you within a day.
A 50% deposit books your work in, and the balance is due on completion. Paying the deposit online is optional — and takes 25% off the deposit.
Homes within about 30km of our Ormeau base are free to reach. Beyond that, a flat $20 travel fee applies. If you're unsure, the postcode checker on our pricing page will tell you in one step.

Absolutely. Many homes start with a single service — Wi-Fi, a few cameras, or lighting in one or two rooms — and grow from there. You can book any service on its own, or start with the $180 base setup and stack only the modules you need.
We arrive at the time you booked, walk through the plan with you, and get to work — carefully and tidily. Before we leave, everything is tested, named, and demonstrated, so you know exactly how your home works. Support follows after, so you're never left working it out alone.
No. We design everything around how you already live — switches still work the way everyone expects, automations are tested before handover, and the technology disappears into the background. Done properly, done once.
Not at all. Most of our work fits straight into existing homes — no structural changes, and no weeks of trades in your living room.
